I fucking hate it when you’re in such a fantastically giddy mood and then you see one simple little thing that makes you think, “oh” and then you just get this empty feeling in your chest and you get nauseous and the world just crumbles and you want to just lay under a blanket and close your eyes and fall asleep and never wake up.

Coined in Japan in the late 90s, “Moe” (萌え, pronounced as “Moh-Eh”, derived from a Japanese word that means “budding” or sometimes “to burn”) is an ill-defined otaku term that means, amongst others, “cute,” “huggable,” “endearing.”

A common definition is that Moe is the ability of a character to instill in the audience an irrational desire to adore them, hug them, protect them, comfort them, etc.

Granada!Lestrade is FOREVER huggable.

My biggest problem with Neal’s death is that it’s redundant. If they killed him off last season when he fell through the portal, I would have been okay with that. It was heartbreaking, and leaving it there would have been tragic but a solid choice for the character.

However, killing him off again…
